Fit 4 Action Bootcamp is designed for anyone who wants to get fitter, stronger and more confident in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Each session combines challenging physical training with a focus on resilience and personal development. You’ll be encouraged to step outside your comfort zone, test your limits and discover what you’re capable of, regardless of your current fitness level.

Leading the sessions is Head Coach Jade Henderson, a Guinness World Record holder for the most pull-ups completed in one hour, with more than nine years of experience in emergency services. Jade brings years of physical training, discipline and real-world experience to every session, with a passion for helping people become stronger both physically and mentally.

Whether you're starting your fitness journey, getting back into training or looking for a new challenge, everyone is welcome.
