Our Falling Techniques & Prevention Workshop is designed to teach kids and students how to fall safely, protect their bodies, and build confidence in physical situations — whether during sport, play, or everyday life.

Under expert guidance from professional stunt trainers, participants will learn and practise real movement and protection techniques used in stunt work and contact sports.

Through a fun, engaging, and supportive environment, students will:
✅ Learn how to react safely when pushed or knocked over
✅ Practise a range of rolling and landing techniques on mats and padded surfaces
✅ Develop resilience and body awareness
✅ Build confidence and tolerance in physical contact or competition
